QuarkLeads Anti-Spam Policy
This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all services offered by QuarkLeads that may be used for sending bulk emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or any form of commercial or marketing communication (“Covered Services”).
By using QuarkLeads’ Covered Services, you agree to comply fully with this Anti-Spam Policy. Covered Services may only be used to contact individuals who have given their explicit, provable permission to receive communications from you regarding the specific subject matter of the message.
We take spam seriously. If we determine that you are sending unsolicited messages, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice.
What Constitutes Permission?
“Permission” means express and documented consent from the recipient. Valid forms of permission include, but are not limited to:
Submission of an email or contact number during a download, purchase, or inquiry on your website.
Subscription to a newsletter or promotional list through an opt-in form.
Participation in your events, surveys, or contests, where the user is informed about future communications.
Checking a clearly displayed, unchecked opt-in box while submitting a form, with clear mention of the message’s nature.
A business card voluntarily handed over with interest expressed in receiving promotional material, including cards dropped at trade show booths.
Important: If a user unsubscribes or opts out, their prior consent is immediately considered revoked, and further communication is prohibited.
Strict Guidelines for Using QuarkLeads’ Covered Services
To ensure full compliance with our Anti-Spam Policy, users of QuarkLeads must:
Obtain explicit, verifiable permission from all recipients before sending messages via Covered Services.
Maintain proof of consent for all contacts imported into QuarkLeads.
Avoid using purchased, borrowed, rented, or third-party email/contact lists under any circumstances.
Use accurate sender information, including From/To addresses, originating domain, and subject line. No false or misleading headers are allowed.
Avoid deceptive subject lines that misrepresent the message’s content.
Include a clear, one-click unsubscribe option in every email or SMS campaign.
Honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days of receipt.
Include a valid physical mailing address in all commercial communications.
Identify messages as advertisements or solicitations, where applicable, and notify recipients of their right to opt out.
Our Right to Request Proof
At any time, QuarkLeads may request documented proof of consent for any contact added to your account. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in account suspension or termination.
Acceptance of Policy
Your use of QuarkLeads’ services implies your unconditional acceptance of this Anti-Spam Policy.
